Thiven was rather standoffish with attackers last week and when he had the ball he was taking them on and sometimes losing the ball in areas where it needs to be protected. having him on the wing will give him the space to take the defender on, yet still have the protection inside and behind should he loose out. This will also help him build his experience playing senior football. Potential weaknesses - new position for Morrison but will have help ahead and inside from Phipps and Pankhurst. Pankhurst is a former outside back, if it doesnt work then Pankhurst cane move out and Irons can go in the middle, with protection from both Pankhurst and Johnson
