Tobias and Thiven to roll on and off. this could be the weakness but if calder can get back to cover hopefully this will provide enough support. The midfield will need to swing like a pendulum with this formation. i.e. if the play is out right, Geordie will go to a conventional RM, Jase RCM, Thiven LCM and Calder drop to a LM and the same on the other side, Thiven to LM, Jase to LCM, Geordie RCM, and Andrew dropping to RM. this will require both the inside CM and wing back to be talking to their winger. again im not sold on it, but this allows for Calder to really get forward. with Jay holding the ball up it will allow Calder to use his pace to get in behind. Thoughts please
