When the other team has the ball we need to Low-Press (Low Pressure), once they cross onto our side of the field we need to High-Press (High Pressure). When we have the ball we need to Pass and Move, (Don't Hold onto the ball). Make Hard Passes and move after the pass. We are playing the Give and Go.
