Objective 1: Wide forwards pressing CB’s. Wingbacks Pressing Fullbacks. CF Drops into Midfield two creating a three man centre midfield. Objective 2: Force opponents to play long ball passes. Stop opponents playing out from the back and through central midfield areas. Back three predict the press and drop off. CM win second balls and play into wide areas quickly.
