This is a 3-2-3-2 formation for supporting attack and defence.The last 7 men attack and support defence together,so they have to come back quickly. The 3-men line in defence just defends.One CB,one RB and one LB. When the team is defending correctly,the CB and the CM's are like a 3-CB line,so it's like a line of 5 defences adding the RB and the LB. The attack is simple:the formation is designed to have supports wherever the ball is. I've chosen RM because is my favourite team,but I haven't chosen it for another reason xD
