So this tactic is a replica of Tottenham vs Liverpool where I am showing you Tottenham's tactic. Here you see that the 2 wider center backs become more like fullbacks since they have space because the fullbacks go up like wingers. In this case, it was ben davies and Eric Dier. This creates a 3 at the back but since bissouma was staying back when tottenham had the ball higher up on LIverpool's half it created a 4 at the back. Then, Bissosuma and Bentancur the 2 wider mids helped in both attack and offense. In offence, Tottenham lined up with a 4 at the back with bissouma coming in as more of a defender lining up with the centerbacks, sessegnon and emerson becoming widemidfileders pairing up with the 2 mids which creates 4 mids and then the 2 strikers. So, it basically creates it 1-4-4-2.
