My reasoning for this team is that it gives us more defensive stability along with pace. I might get stick for not playing Ozil but against teams like Man City and Chelsea, because we don't have a world class defensive midfielder we have to bulk up in the centre and Ozil doesn't have that defensive class. The back 4 is pretty self explanatory. I play Ramsey and Wilshere because they are both very qualified going forwards and defending. Neither are just attacking midfielders or just defensive midfielders, and it seems like they would be going to waste if they were holding back all the time. Chambers is probably the biggest shock addition to the team, but in my opinion he deserves to be there. He is a lot faster than both Flamini and Arteta, and he is more defensively trained than Arteta as he was an attacking midfielder before he moved to Arsenal. Chambers has the pace to cover the whole back line and given Mertesacker's pace, defensive cover is very needed. Thinking about Sanchez and Walcott leading the counter attack is a very nice thought, and I hope that they work well together for years to come. Their quality doesn't need explaining. Welbeck or Giroud is the only question that remains. For me, it just depends on the game that we are playing. Giroud is better at holding the ball up and letting the wingers and midfielders get on the ball, where as Welbeck stretches the back line more. With the players I've selected here, Giroud fits the team much better. Unlike last year, our bench looks very formidable. The Ox, Podolski, Ozil, Cazorla, Monreal, Arteta, Ospina
