With uncertainty over Koscielny, and Monreal not being available, Chambers might switch to CB, bringing in Hector-Bellerin as right back. Southampton crowd the midfield, so to gain possession, Wenger might not play a front 3 of Welbeck-Giroud-Alexis again. If Oxlade-Chamberlain isn't fit, he'd play Podolski on the left. With Giroud coming in as an impact substitute.
