When we have the ball - full backs first priority pass should be into CM (always offer a return pass). If unavailable then to CB if unmarked to switch the play, if in doubt then up the line - CB offer for full backs and drop to create an angle. Find CM or wingers, long ball to forwards is an option if required - Wide men must be working hard to support central striker and make themselves available for pass from CM/AM. First priority with the ball should be to identify the next pass and to look forwards. If in doubt then retain possession. - Striker must find pockets of space in between full back and CB. Look for layoffs to advancing midfielders and wingers. Get shots on target
