My tactic is to make the formation 3-2-3-2 because I think Vertonghen, Rose and Dier are good to spring and passing quickly to the midfield and forward player. Paulinho and Dembele are really good to spring and dribbling other teams players and they can pass to Lamela, Chadli and Eriksen when someone is free. Lamela, Chadli, Eriksen can run quickly to pass to Kane or Ings. Kane and Ings can score goals for their team.
