A 4 man defense with a sweeper, and 3 center back, the left and the right center back should also act as the right and left back respectively, they have multiple role. the defensive midfielder will be a cover infront of the defense if the opposition tries to stretch the game, if the right center back is pulled out, then the center back occipies his position and the defensive midfielder occupies the center back position. In attack, the defensive midfielder should provide more support for the RW, with the CM moving a little bit towards the left, a very speedy LW is required for this formation. the CAM also have to move little bit right to the field so that the RW can get more support, basically its a formation you use when your RW is slower compared to LW. The striker can also move towards the right wing so as to create openings for the CAM.
