This Tactics looks like 4-3-3 but It is also a Tactics of 4-2-3-1 which depends upon the flow and tempo of the Game. In this Style, While Attacking The Striker and Both Wingers Play the very important part if it is on the time of Counter Attacking if not. The game is on a possesional basis, then this will change into 4-2-3-1 where there will be the role of ACM who will play the key role to make the spaces for the striker followed by the support from the wingers from both of the flanks. In Deffensive strategy, the 4-2-3-1 formation will have 2 deffensive Midfieldre, and if it is turned into 4-3-3, then the ACM has to change himslef/herself as DCM or CM as well to support the deffensive line in the midfield. The Deffense will try to make an ofiside trap and try to play the long balls, where Full backs will try to support the wingers by moving forward time and again but they also have to be back at their position while they are defending. at that Time DCM will have to occupy those Spaces of Full backs when they go for support to the wingers.
