If goal kick or CB's have possession, we drop into formation shown. Striker picks up one of the CM's with our other CM picking up the other free CM. Our defensive mid should pick up the deeper STK and we should always have a free CM to pick up any second balls should they go long. If opp CB pushes forward with the ball our STK initiates the press with our free CM takes over STK man. We should always have a spare CB with a 4-4-2. Wingers keep width and within 1-2m of their FBs to force play inside to the congested area. Must be prepared to break should STK or CM win the ball. First option should be wide in behind FBs.
