HAMMOND / WILKINSON - Super important you don't come too deep as you need to be ready to push on and support Kenway as soon as we're in posession. SKOYLES - You need to also press on when we're in possession to the point of being a deep option for an edge of the box shot but deep enough to get back when needed to leave no holes in midfield. FISHER - Need you to be the balanced pivot player in midfield, finding the right passes that keep us in possession and essentially 'bossing' the midfield. When Ash pushes you need to be the cover in case we lose the ball. EDWARDS - Massively important role here, LOTS of running, as soon as we're in possession going forward you have to be ready to push forward into CDM to assist Ste and win the ball in that area as Ash will be advanced. You also need to be ready to drop upon losing the ball to slot back in with the defenders. You need to be vocal and help organise the defensive shape. WADDELL / SHACKLETON - Win everything, every header, every tackle, you have to command and have to be vocal, you need to work with Huw to keep the shape at all time and make sure the full backs are tucking in too. In possession I want simple passes to the full backs so the can distribute or in front of you to feet to the CM's to push play on, NO LONG BALLS. JOINSON / WEIGHILL - When against the ball it's really important that the defence is compact, don't go chase down the man, jockey them until we are compact and then strike. In possession we need to be calm, simple balls to the CM's so they can progress, no mad runs, balls to the winger only if they're guaranteed to get it, no losing possession cheaply.
