It's a 4-3-3 formation , but also with a 4-4-2 formation without the ball. When in possession , the full backs advance further forward like traditional wide players to offer more attacking threat to the opposition. My two holding players which are Koke(6) and De Paul(5) cover for my full backs when we lose possession in the opposition's half. Sometimes one of them (De Paul) joins the forward players to create chances and find spaces in which we can use to score goals. So basically De Paul is also an attacking midfielder at most times.
