Allows full-backs to overlap wingers as the wingers come more central in the attack acting as a 3 striker formation. In the defensive shape wingers drop deep allowing the full-backs to come narrow. TB can drop deep changing the formation to a 4-2-3-1 giving more defensive cover. OM2 drops deep collecting the ball and spreading the play allowing the 2 centre backs to get rid of the ball and not dwell, if the opportunity to drive at midfield or defense arises then OM2 takes the ball with TB dropping in to cover while BAB comes accros offering himself as an option while two wingers make a central darting run allowing JW to peel of his marker giving multiple ofpions to whoever is taking th ball forward. TB has the freedom to move to play either as a 10 behind the striker or offer defensive capibilites in the 4-2-3-1. Out of possesion BAB moves, following the ball with the intent of a high press orchistrated by the midfield, the midfield squeezes narrow trying to force the opposition out wide.
