I chose a wing-back formation for the beXI to create wide attacking potential. When pushing forward, Rijkaard may push forward, but not too much, as he will merge into the back line when the team is defending. I have made a diamond in the midfield area to optimise possession keeping potential. Carlos and Cafu may push up, benefiting from the space created by Zidane and Ronaldinho attracting midfielders from the opposing teams. When one of these two push up, Cafu will employ a FB position and Maldini will move to the left, also into a FB position. with Rijkaard slotting into CB with Moore. With the bcXI, I chose to use a full defensive line, and two CDM's to protect it. This will insure a very solid defence. During Corners in their own half, everybody but Ibra, Messi and Ronaldo will stay back, with Ronaldo sitting half way into their half, and the former sitting at the half way line. For attacking corners, Lahm and Alonso will stay back, to allow the physical presence of Ramos to be a threat. Iniesta may merge with the CDM line to from a CM line, when defence is not an issue.
