If everybody who was USMNT eligible was at the top of their game and healthy, I would LOVE this to be the formation. Advantages: 1) It has a back 4. 2) It has Bradley backed by a d-mid. 3) It has a pure #10 in Benny Feilhaber. 4) It has the Matt Besler - Omar Gonzalez connection. 5) It has the Fabian Johnson - Alejandro Bedoya connection. 6) It puts Michael Bradley in a #8 position. 7) It has the Clint Dempsey - Aron Jóhannsson connection. 8) It puts Clint Dempsey in a second striker role. 9) It has a huge load of individual talent. 10) It has Benny Feilhaber backed by a defensive workhorse (Cameron), which frees Benny to be epic. 11) It is easily modifiable from a 4-1-3-1-1 formation to a 4-2-3-1 formation.
