A prestigious 4-2 win as the favorite team against underdogs Puggers FC in one of the most competitive FAs. Rhystic United employed a very solid 4-4-2 formation built around the classic striker partnership of Rojas and Yigit, respectively the tall forward and the small, technical forward, and two flamboyant wide players able at dribbling past their opponent and feeding the strikers. In midfield, homegrown playmaker Carlos Sousa was in command of the operations while his Mexican counterpart Marcos Gutierrez, a true key element of that team, played as a box-to-box midfielder. The back line, in front of commanding goalkeeper Jorgensen, played a high-lish line with two very pacey centerbacks adept at tracking back runners. In that respect, the conversion of Connor Harris, naturally an attacking left back, to a central defender position proved essential in providing the team with someone who was comfortable enough on the ball to provide quality passes upfront.
